Gorgeous hotel with magnificent location to the marina area which has many restaurants along the main road and incredibly kind staff in particular the receptionist. Lovely pool, parking in the area. Very quick check-in. The tapas bar onsite.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly. The rooms were large with a nice view and a balcony. I had a wonderful stay overall. The staff was always available and kept everything exceptionally clean. The location was favorable, with Bellver not very far from the hotel.

The room I got had a comfy bed, some room for my stuff, and a lovely balcony 🌿. The bathroom was nice and bright, plus having a bathtub was a nice touch.

The room was clean and comfortable enough and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The breakfasts were tasty, varied, and not Spanish rich, like a buffet. Although the location was not very convenient, a couple of kilometres from the centre of Palma, the hotel was nevertheless close to both the city's seafront and the Belver Castle, which is on the mountain nearby. One porter even spoke Russian, and David helped us with both the check-in and the taxi reservation to the station.

There was no shampoo in the bathroom, little shower gel. Also, not all the towels were replaced when cleaning.
